    Mohawk, Bear Clan—Six Nations of the Grand River, Michael is the Founder & President of Akwekon Enterprise. A trusted advisor to numerous First Nations Chiefs and Councils, he has led several operational turnarounds, established Indigenous governance bodies for First Nations, and launched economic development corporations that drive community self‑sufficiency.

    Michael has guided multi‑stakeholder, trilateral negotiations, and structured complex joint ventures—helping non‑Indigenous firms forge respectful partnerships with First Nations.
