Gathering minds

When gathering to problem-solve with teams we facilitate collaboration through trainings, workshops, design sprints, and agile methods. Our approach, rooted in Haudenosaunee principles and Akwekon’s Creation Centred Design framework, we aim to foster a harmonious team environment and enhance solution development.

Our approach integrates advanced aspects of modern agile methodologies and design thinking, effectively optimizing our solution design processes.

Central to our methodology is a strong commitment to anti-racism and addressing systemic oppression. We consciously embed these principles into our framework, ensuring our solutions are innovative, socially responsible, and equitable. This holistic approach enables us to address complex challenges with sensitivity and inclusivity.
